When you pay in local currencies, product prices are converted to your selected currency. The exact conversion may vary depending on the payment currency chosen. Prices in our store are automatically updated according to current market exchange rates.

We offer free shipping on orders over USD300. A shipping fee of USD20 applies to orders under USD300.

For the courier service we use, taxes and duties must be paid before shipment. These fees will be automatically calculated based on the products during the payment process.

Please note that if you choose to pay taxes and duties upon delivery but refuse the shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to gudgood. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

We currently deliver to South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan, and we are working to expand our service to more countries as soon as possible.

We partner with SF Express to ensure reliable and efficient deliveries.

In general, shipping takes approximately 3–7 days.

You can log in to your member account to check your order’s real-time delivery status via the courier’s tracking system.

If in any case you changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase provided that the item has not been dispatched. Please email service@gudgoodglobal.com with title "Order cancellation”.

We accept return or exchange of unused full-priced goods within 14 days of goods delivered. All sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Once your return request is approved, we will email you the return instructions. Please follow the steps in the email to send the product to the designated location.

The return shipping cost of USD15 will be deducted from your order payment. Please note that initial shipping charges, as well as anyduties and taxes, are non-refundable.

Yes, some countries may require duties and taxes to be prepaid before shipment if your order exceeds certain thresholds. These duties and taxes will be automatically calculated during the payment process. These duties and taxes will not be refunded.
