Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@gudgoodglobal.com. Returns should be sent to the address provided in the return instructions sent via email.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Certain products are also non-returnable, such as:

  • Custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized products)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

If you have questions about a specific item, don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification.

Exchanges
For the fastest service, we recommend returning the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 20 business days.

Please note:

  • If you opted to pay duties and taxes upon delivery but refused the shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any fees incurred, and the return shipping costs. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
  • A USD 15 return shipping fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.

It’s important to note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
