What is The Shipping Charge?
We offer free shipping on orders over USD300. A shipping fee of USD20 applies to orders under USD300.
Will I Need to Pay Taxes and Duties?
For the courier service we use, taxes and duties must be paid before shipment. These fees will be automatically calculated based on the products during the payment process.
Please note that if you choose to pay taxes and duties upon delivery but refuse the shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Gudgood. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
Where Do You Ship? How Long Does Shipping Take to My Country?
We currently deliver to South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan, and we are working to expand our service to more countries as soon as possible. In general, shipping takes approximately 3–7 days.
